My family loves corn. They really aren't picky about it either. They like when I saute it with some spicy Fireman's Seasoning, or add Cilantro and Parmesan Butter, heck they love it straight out of the microwave with a little butter. But I think nothing is better than grilling it. In the winter I have been guilty of doing it under the broiler. The darker the corn gets the sweeter the flavor.
Tonight I am shucking the corn outside by the grill. I have some meat and potatoes going and nothing is easier than adding corn to the grill. I hear all these people soaking husks and taking so much preparation in it. But lets be honest, I don't have time for all that. I simply husk it, spray it with some canola spray and season with my favorite Fireman's Seasoning. Grill until charred and eat!!
