Spicy Cilantro Lime Chicken Pasta Salad

I love throwing together pasta salads in the summer. Usually involves some leftovers and Pasta. Really this should have been a recipe I shared with you in the summer but you know how it goes. And now I am craving summer, missing summer. So I am holding on to those last couple summer recipes that are still on my computer just waiting to be posted to the blog.

Spicy Cilantro Lime Chicken Pasta Salad

2 cups cooked macaroni shells or any pasta you have
1 can of beans (rinsed)
1 bell pepper chopped
1 can diced tomatoes drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 grilled chicken (leftover is preferred)
1 can diced green chilis
1 green onion chopped
handful of cilantro chopped (2 TB)
handful of parsley chopped (2 TB)
2 TB green salsa
1 TB lime
1/2 cup - 3/4 cup (depending on how saucy you like it)mayo
1/2 tsp chipotle chili pepper (can be adjusted more or less)
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper
chop up your herbs
mix up your sauce and seasoning

add a squeeze of lime. I am out of the real stuff so the plastic will have to do

chop and drop all your ingredients into a pretty bowl
It's almost too pretty to add the sauce
Add the noodles. Really...who thought of using this bowl?
Add the sauce
Chill and serve
