Menu 6/25 thru 7/8

It feels good to be back on track after not making a menu for three weeks. I managed to not spend more than usual but I felt unorganized.  

I am trying to make more summer themed recipes but the weather really doesn't feel summer to me yet. So there are still some winter-ish dishes. As usual, the night these dishes are served on is not set in stone.  

Friday 6/25 Cincinnati style chili over spaghetti noodles with cheddar cheese

Saturday 6/26 BBQ burger madness night! 

Sunday 6/27 The Ballplayers Birthday

Monday 6/28 Whisky maple BBQed pork chops with cucumber salad and cous cous  

Tuesday 6/29 * Carne Asada Tacos with salsa

Wednesday 6/30 Twice cooked corned beef, herbed red potatoes and cabbage slaw

Thursday 7/1 * Corned Beef sandwiches with coleslaw

Friday 7/2 Old Fashioned Meatloaf with Augratin Potatoes

Saturday 7/3 * Meatloaf Sandwiches for lunch & Pineapple Teryake burgers for dinner

Sunday 7/4 Ortega Macaroni and Cheese, Buttermilk fried chicken 

Monday 7/5 * Antipasta Salad

Tuesday 7/6 Shrimp tacos with mango pineapple salsa 

Wednesday 7/7 Panko breaded fish with leftover pineapple mango salsa over rice

Thursday 7/8 homemade calzone night
