This happens to be one of my go to meals for lunch. It helps if you have leftover chicken available. These aren't made on traditional pizza crust but a Flatout Flatbread. I love these!! They are the perfect size for pizza and I am full! That is a big thing! I want to be full from my meal!! It is a definite plus! Just make sure you keep an eye on these while they toast. I have a habit of toasting them too much!
Low Cal BBQ Chicken Pizza
1 Flatout Flatbread
2 TB bbq sauce
1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese
Cover one of the flatbread with BBQ sauce Cover with spinach and chicken Dont forget the cheese! I am not of those that likes extra cheese on my pizza but these are low enough on calories that you could easily double the cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted
