The Ballplayer loves vegetable soup. He happens to have a little cold and craves it whenever it is cold out. This happens to be my shortcut version. I am using frozen vegetables instead of fresh ones. I can get this soup to the table in fifteen minutes.
Quick Sausage and Vegetable Soup
1 carton vegetable stock
3 cups of frozen mix vegetables
2 Louisiana Hot Links cut into cubes
Cut the sausage up and saute in the pan you will be making the soup in. Add the stock and vegetables and simmer for ten minutes. Serve
