Burrito Bowls have become a hit in my house. For me, they are fast to get dinner on the table. I can throw some
Cilantro Lime Rice into the rice cooker and by the time it is done, I have my meat grilled, Guacamole made, (or avocado chopped) black beans warmed up and cheese grated. All you need is Salsa and Sour Cream. Tonight I picked up Carne Asada from Trader Joe's while shopping. Threw
it on a HOT grill for minutes per side and it was done. Chopped into
small bite size pieces and fought the family off. Try making a burrito
bowl just once and it will be a keeper.
