Last night we had a giant cast iron full of linguisa and potatoes (and corn) and all I have to show for it is a couple pieces of linguisa. But all day The Fireman and I have been waiting to make sammies out of it. It is the best part of leftovers in this house!
Last nights dinner
So take your leftover linguisa and Place in a dry pan. Then take French Rolls and butter them. Sprinkle with a little garlic powder. I like to put butter side down into the pan and get them all toasty brown. The Fireman likes when I cover the Linguisa with provolone cheese.
