Italian Panko Baked Chicken Tenders

I think the one thing I always crave while watching my calories is fries or chicken fingers. There is something naughty about eating chicken fingers. I crave that crunchy coating. These are very rewarding. Baked, not fried so they are must less naughty! Tricks my mind into thinking I am cheating while not packing on those pounds. Panko bread crumbs are definitely the secret to these baked chicken tenders. You just do not get that crust with regular bread crumbs.
